amount of data, say 1 to 3 terra byte per day. We
used to analyse that data and in the process we
learnt about Hadoop and its ecosystem.

data mining and trying to get at insight using many
algorithms over 3 years. So we have used our
knowledge in the Machine learning, big data and
distributed computing environment to build various
libraries, which helps us to develop various engines
that will provide solutions to real life problems.
7. 3. WHAT HAS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE BEEN
IN GETTING UP AND RUNNING.
The technology which we are using requires multi
disciplinary knowledge, from mathematics, statistics
to distributed computing platforms and
programming languages.

Machine learning has been around. This is the
same technology used by US post offices to read
mail addresses. Google uses this technology to
