This document summarizes an emerging technologies presentation given by Sam Chada at the Sandusky Library. The presentation covered several topics including digital delivery of content through services like OverDrive, the growing use of tablets and smartphones in libraries, gamification of library services and collections, cloud computing services offered by some libraries, the maker movement and digital media labs, and potential future technologies like MOOCs and the Raspberry Pi.
