What do you do during an earthquake?
If you’re  indoors … DROP  to the ground and  DUCK . Take  COVER  by getting under a table or other piece of furniture HOLD  on to something until the shaking stops Stay away from windows, outside walls, and anything that could fall (bookcase, lamp) Stay inside until the shaking stops Stay calm.

Go to a small, interior room with no or few windows. Close and lock all windows and exterior doors. Turn off all fans, heating, and air conditioning. Bring your  Disaster Supply Kit  into the room.  Bring a radio into the room.  Listen for instructions.  Bring your pets. Use duct tape and plastic sheets to seal cracks around door and cover the vents.
