  • 7. Multi-Event Email Lists ● Send Emails across RunSignup and TicketSignup events ● Same functionality as Organization Email Marketing, but from your event dashboard. ● Admin enabled for now - available in the coming week or so. 7
  • 8. How to Use Multi-Event Email Lists ● Enable on events that you want to share Email lists. ○ Anyone with access to Email V2 will be able to use the lists. ○ Access concerns? Set up Organization Email Marketing. ● Add Recipients across events. 8

Coming Next for Multi-Event Email Lists ● Make available to public ● Super Lists - 2024 ○ Some constraints with Multi-Event Email Lists today. ■ Not efficient for a ton of system contacts (i.e. lots of groups, lots of events) ■ User Interface needs improvement ○ Super Lists will introduce next-generation multi-event email lists PLUS filters ■ Ex. Donors across all events who donated more than $25 in the past year. 9
