Official Compensation Plan
(a)The Products listed under Product Name represent all the plans within that category. Example: Elevate offers 2 Cellular plans but the product points and commissionable
revenue percentages are the same. Since some plans cost more than others the Net Commissionable Revenue will vary and therefore the Residual Payout.
(b)The $10/point includes the first month's residual. The products must be activated and initial payment must go through before they are eligible for pay
(c)Net Commissionable Revenue is the listed percentage multiplied by the customer's monthly fee before tax or other fees are added. $5 is subtracted from products not listed
as "flat rate" to make allowance for Stack Discounts. Net Commissionable Revenue is multiplied by the percent of residual you qualify for to determine residual payout
(d)Each product has a duration. The duration time means that you will be paid a residual on that specific net commissionable revenue and the points will count towards your total
accumulated points until that customer stops paying for their service, or the listed duration expires, whichever comes first.
(e)Product Incentives are seasonal one-time bonuses that are paid out on top of all other compensation
(i)If you scroll to the right of each listed position you will see all of the requirements of that position as well as all of the ways in which you are compensated. For full details, refer to
the Master Compensation document.
(j)Kits are a combination of business materials & tools, Elevate gear, and certification & training materials helping you become proficient in various capacities. Notice that as your
certification level increases you open yourself to new compensation levels and maximize your income potential. It is recommended that you get the highest certification possible to
maximize your Elevate earnings
(k)To see details of what each Kit includes, see the Elevate Product Catalog
(l)These personal requirements can be met through referral sales AS WELL as personal sales. Once you reach the G2 level you need 50 personal active customer points including
referral sales to unlock the new benefits of the G2 pay level. You will still be required to activate 10 points each month or have 100 total active points.
(m)You must meet your personal AND team requirements in order to be considered active and eligible for your team pay. When it says active Greenie or active G2 that is just a
minimum requirement.. Any person on your team that is at those levels OR HIGHER will count. Referral sales also help qualify everyone within your teams.

(f)Monthly Production is based on new personal points activated in a month
(g)Become a Certified Stack Architect within 30 days of registration to qualify
(h)Become a Certified G2 within 60 days of registration to qualify
(n)You qualify for personal residuals once you are a Certified Stack Architect. During your first 50 product points your residuals will be paid at 5% of net commissionable revenue
as long as you are active. Once you hit 50 product points your personal residual jumps to 10% of the net commissionable revenue as long as you are active. Once you hit 100
points you don't have any monthly requirements besides maintaining the 100 points
(o)Team 1 consists of all recruits directly under you. There is no limit to how many people you can have on each team. To maximize your earning potential put as many people as
you can on your first team. You can start to earn residuals on your first team as a Certified Stack Architect. If you have one active Greenie or higher on your first team you get a
1% residual on commissionable revenues of ALL people on your first team
(p)Team 2 consists of all recruits directly under Team 1 (your personal recruits). You can start to earn residuals on your second team once you are an active G3 or higher. Your
residual on team 2 will always be 3% of the net commissionable revenue
(q)Team 3 consists of all recruits directly under Team 2 (the recruits of your personal recruits). You can start to earn residuals on your third team once you are an active G4 or
higher. Your residual on team 3 will always be 3% of the net commissionable revenue
( r)To qualify for Generational Residuals you must be an active G5 Director. This is the highest qualification level in the Elevate Comp Plan. Generational Residuals are calculated
at 1/2% of commissionable revenue on Teams 4+ up until you hit another G5 Director, then you make 1/4% starting on their 4th Team up until it hits ANOTHER G5 Director and
then 1/10% off of their 4th Team and beyond. It stops at the next G5 director.
(s)Car bonuses start at the G2 level. Minimum blue book value must be as
follows:G2/G3 $20k; G4 $40k; G5 $80k. G4/G5 may split this value between
two vehicles and one of the two may be a recreational vehicle such as a boat
or motorcycle. You must submit proof of purchase and a photo of yourself
with your purchased vehicle and allow Elevate to use your photo to promote
the Elevate business opportunity
(t)House bonuses start at the G3 level. This money can be used as you see fit
but we want to help cover the housing expenses for all of our leaders to assist
them on their way to an early retirement and a financially responsible lifestyle.
(u)Profit share starts at the G3 level. These profit share amounts are the MINIMUMS. 1% of Elevate's net profit will be shared at each profit sharing level, so the higher your ranking,
the less people you'll be sharing 1% with! Every 6 months Elevate will update and lock in the profit sharing amount based on the net profitability over the previous 6-month period.
The more you help others in the company, the larger your check will be!
(v)Check match bonuses start at the Certifiable Genius level. You will receive a 10% Check Match Bonus on the paycheck of every person on your first team. This applies to every
aspect of their paycheck except for the Car, House and Profit sharing bonuses. You do receive a check match bonus off of a check match bonus. For example if you had 10 people
earn $3,000 each in February then you would earn $300 per person ($3,000 total)

Elevate Certifiable Geniuses | Official Compensation

  • 2. (a)The Products listed under Product Name represent all the plans within that category. Example: Elevate offers 2 Cellular plans but the product points and commissionable revenue percentages are the same. Since some plans cost more than others the Net Commissionable Revenue will vary and therefore the Residual Payout. (b)The $10/point includes the first month's residual. The products must be activated and initial payment must go through before they are eligible for pay (c)Net Commissionable Revenue is the listed percentage multiplied by the customer's monthly fee before tax or other fees are added. $5 is subtracted from products not listed as "flat rate" to make allowance for Stack Discounts. Net Commissionable Revenue is multiplied by the percent of residual you qualify for to determine residual payout (d)Each product has a duration. The duration time means that you will be paid a residual on that specific net commissionable revenue and the points will count towards your total accumulated points until that customer stops paying for their service, or the listed duration expires, whichever comes first. (e)Product Incentives are seasonal one-time bonuses that are paid out on top of all other compensation
  • 3. (i)If you scroll to the right of each listed position you will see all of the requirements of that position as well as all of the ways in which you are compensated. For full details, refer to the Master Compensation document. (j)Kits are a combination of business materials & tools, Elevate gear, and certification & training materials helping you become proficient in various capacities. Notice that as your certification level increases you open yourself to new compensation levels and maximize your income potential. It is recommended that you get the highest certification possible to maximize your Elevate earnings (k)To see details of what each Kit includes, see the Elevate Product Catalog (l)These personal requirements can be met through referral sales AS WELL as personal sales. Once you reach the G2 level you need 50 personal active customer points including referral sales to unlock the new benefits of the G2 pay level. You will still be required to activate 10 points each month or have 100 total active points. (m)You must meet your personal AND team requirements in order to be considered active and eligible for your team pay. When it says active Greenie or active G2 that is just a minimum requirement.. Any person on your team that is at those levels OR HIGHER will count. Referral sales also help qualify everyone within your teams.

  • 5. (n)You qualify for personal residuals once you are a Certified Stack Architect. During your first 50 product points your residuals will be paid at 5% of net commissionable revenue as long as you are active. Once you hit 50 product points your personal residual jumps to 10% of the net commissionable revenue as long as you are active. Once you hit 100 points you don't have any monthly requirements besides maintaining the 100 points (o)Team 1 consists of all recruits directly under you. There is no limit to how many people you can have on each team. To maximize your earning potential put as many people as you can on your first team. You can start to earn residuals on your first team as a Certified Stack Architect. If you have one active Greenie or higher on your first team you get a 1% residual on commissionable revenues of ALL people on your first team (p)Team 2 consists of all recruits directly under Team 1 (your personal recruits). You can start to earn residuals on your second team once you are an active G3 or higher. Your residual on team 2 will always be 3% of the net commissionable revenue (q)Team 3 consists of all recruits directly under Team 2 (the recruits of your personal recruits). You can start to earn residuals on your third team once you are an active G4 or higher. Your residual on team 3 will always be 3% of the net commissionable revenue ( r)To qualify for Generational Residuals you must be an active G5 Director. This is the highest qualification level in the Elevate Comp Plan. Generational Residuals are calculated at 1/2% of commissionable revenue on Teams 4+ up until you hit another G5 Director, then you make 1/4% starting on their 4th Team up until it hits ANOTHER G5 Director and then 1/10% off of their 4th Team and beyond. It stops at the next G5 director.
  • 6. (s)Car bonuses start at the G2 level. Minimum blue book value must be as follows:G2/G3 $20k; G4 $40k; G5 $80k. G4/G5 may split this value between two vehicles and one of the two may be a recreational vehicle such as a boat or motorcycle. You must submit proof of purchase and a photo of yourself with your purchased vehicle and allow Elevate to use your photo to promote the Elevate business opportunity (t)House bonuses start at the G3 level. This money can be used as you see fit but we want to help cover the housing expenses for all of our leaders to assist them on their way to an early retirement and a financially responsible lifestyle. (u)Profit share starts at the G3 level. These profit share amounts are the MINIMUMS. 1% of Elevate's net profit will be shared at each profit sharing level, so the higher your ranking, the less people you'll be sharing 1% with! Every 6 months Elevate will update and lock in the profit sharing amount based on the net profitability over the previous 6-month period. The more you help others in the company, the larger your check will be! (v)Check match bonuses start at the Certifiable Genius level. You will receive a 10% Check Match Bonus on the paycheck of every person on your first team. This applies to every aspect of their paycheck except for the Car, House and Profit sharing bonuses. You do receive a check match bonus off of a check match bonus. For example if you had 10 people earn $3,000 each in February then you would earn $300 per person ($3,000 total)
