This document contains a table of specification for a Grade 10 Mathematics class assessing students in the 2nd grading period. It outlines 10 learning competencies that will be evaluated over 30 days, comprising 35 total items testing different cognitive levels. The competencies include illustrating and graphing polynomial functions, deriving properties of circles, and applying concepts like the distance formula. The table provides details on weight, number of items, cognitive levels, and sample item numbers for each competency.
This document outlines the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers and their results-based performance management system. It describes the RPMS tool and IPCRF forms used to evaluate teachers at different levels, from Proficient Teachers (Teacher I to III) to Highly Proficient Teachers (Master Teacher I to IV). The evaluation system measures teachers against competencies on a 5-point scale and includes a section for developing plans to improve performance.
This document appears to be a review test for teacher licensure that contains 50 multiple choice questions covering various topics related to education, teaching, and child development. The questions assess knowledge of concepts like central tendency, learning theories, developmental stages, classroom management, and teaching methods. They also cover subjects like ethics, cultural issues, research methods, and teachers' professional roles and responsibilities. The review test was compiled by Jomar A. Gersalia and seems aimed at evaluating a teacher's preparedness for professional licensure and standards in the Philippines.

Assessment and Planning in Educational technology.pptxKavitha Krishnan
In an education system, it is understood that assessment is only for the students, but on the other hand, the Assessment of teachers is also an important aspect of the education system that ensures teachers are providing high-quality instruction to students. The assessment process can be used to provide feedback and support for professional development, to inform decisions about teacher retention or promotion, or to evaluate teacher effectiveness for accountability purposes.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Late Justification
Use Late Justification for the additional 15 minutes late incurred after the first 15 minutes grace period given daily of your work shift schedule.
For example, employee’s work shift is 8-5. If he timed in between 08:00-08:15, he is not considered late (this is the first 15 minute grace period). If he timed in between 08:16-8:30 (additional 15 minutes grace period,4x a month only), he will incur a minimum of 1 minute late and maximum of 15 minutes late.
DTR will display the number of minutes late after 08:15
Employee can use ‘Late Justification’
Can only be used 4x a month
System will display error if used on the 5th time
System reads only the ‘Date Range From’; hence, this type of Service Request is raise per day of tardiness incurred, not in range.
System will process only the date indicated on the ‘Date Range From’
Any late incurred after the 30 minutes grace period are already considered outright late and cannot be filed in a Service Request
Not applicable for 9-6 wokshift, as per the DepEd Memo
No Time Log
Use No Time Log for days when there is at least one blank in DTR time logs but the reason do not fit with other types of requests and provided he truly reported to work and is inside the DepEd Office. Examples might be, attended a meeting, forgot to time in/out
System reads only the ‘Date Range From’; hence, this type of Service Request is raise per day of when employee is out on official business, not in range.
System will process only the date indicated on the ‘Date Range From’
No Time Log cannot be used for absences
Locator Slip / Out on Official Business
Use Locator Slip for days with time deficiencies when employee goes out of DepEd Office on Official Business to attend / facilitate a meeting, workshop, training etc.
System reads only the ‘Date Range From’; hence, this type of Service Request is raise per day of when employee is out on official business, not in range.
System will process only the date indicated on the ‘Date Range From’
Travel Order
Use Travel Order when employee is on travel outside DepEd Office with Travel Authority
Can be filed in range
Different Kinds of Leave
