Sweden does not have some typical structures to support e-government like a national portal, chief information officer secretariat, or national roadmap. However, 18 directors general were appointed to an E-Delegation to help advance e-government. The document also discusses Sweden's right to roam law, the wedding of Crown Princess Victoria, and Sweden's goals to empower citizens and businesses with user-centered e-government services and increased transparency by 2015. Military concepts may be used to help standardize future versions of the web and e-government over the next ten years.
