This document summarizes a study that assessed the training needs of Syrian organizations operating in Turkey. It conducted surveys of 63 employees from over 40 organizations to measure organizational performance in 8 areas: vision/mission, goals, administration, operations, work environment, public relations, human resources, and volunteers. The study found that organizations faced significant challenges in volunteer and HR management. It then proposed a set of targeted training programs in each area, with the most important being volunteers management, employee performance management, and recruitment/employment. The training programs were designed to help organizations improve performance by addressing their key challenges.
