This document provides information about a nutrition education project at Benjamín Carrión High School for an 8th year English course. The project aims to teach students and their families about good nutrition by defining different foods and food groups. The objectives are to teach students about the food pyramid using charts, pictures and instructional reading, and to discuss daily food diets and food group pictures. The project will be carried out in the first term by socializing information with students, investigating the food pyramid, and showing videos and pictures about food groups. Resources to be used include teachers, students, equipment like videos and charts, and foods like vitamins, milk, vegetables, cereals and foods with vitamins A, B and C.
