This document summarizes Arles M. Magdipig's observations from visiting several schools and educational institutions. The school
facilities that they
have are far
dif ferent f rom what

Mati. They have in
some w ay
complete facilities
that support in
achieving the
delivery of lessons
and goals of
teaching.
The facilities that
they have do not
only focusing to the
children w ith
disability but
facilities that are
used by the normal
students too. It
helps them to be
oriented to the
things and devices
that are used in
normal schools.
They have the
gadget that suits to
the needs of the
learner but it’s very
expensive.
The classrooms
w ere absolutely
sustaining the
quality of
instruction that
they have. The
facilities in or
outside the
classrooms are
enhancing the
students’ learning.
It’s much
advantaged to
have that kind of
facility.
They have the
facilities that
support their
instruction. The
audio visual room
is big and can
cater huge
number of
students. Facilities
are provided to
support dif ferent
subjects.
The facilities and
laboratories that
they have are very
much needed to
achieve the
highest learning of
students. It may
be expensive but
surely the qualities
of those facilities
are satisfying.

They have a very
conducive
learning
environment for
their student and

properly arranged.
Classrooms are

appropriate to cater

disabilities. It suits
to their situation. It’s
more open to the
learners to do w hat
they w ant, they
have f reedom.
They have a good
ambiance as w ell
as a f riendly
environment. It
does not make the
students to be
bored in their
classes because
the teaching
materials w ere
provided.
Their environment
is noisy but w hen
you enter to their
classrooms, all of
these are air-conditioned
and
closed to ref rain
f rom the noise
outside.
They have a great
and very spacious
learning
environment

ample facilities but
their hallw ays are
dim. It is very
noiseless;
students can
focus to their
studies and
activities. Their
school is Internet
ready.
Their environment
is cool because it

colour pink that
cools our eyes
and the building

might be gaining

accommodate the
needs and interest

not merely discuss

and feelings.

Behavior
They are w ell-rounded

pay respect to the
adult and polite.
Due to their special
conditions, most of
them are not
behaving w ell some
of them are autistic
and hyper. It is not
easy for the
teachers to control
the student’s
behaviour.
Mix learners I
have observed in
this school, some
of them are quiet,
f riendly and I have
seen hyper
students. What
caught my
attention w as the
tw o students were
thoughtful enough
because they
gave me items
that w ould serve
our remembrance.
Very courageous
and optimistic to
learn the
Japanese
principles,
cultures, w ays of
living and
language too.
Students are very
active in
extracurricular
activities and
searching their
lessons in the
library. Most of
them are
conscious about
time. But some of
them are doing
the good attitude.
They are very
hospitable and
kind. They are
participating in the
activities at school
and classroom
too. They are
acting the

college students.

They see to it that

Teachers are very

better articulation
than other
teachers f rom
dif ferent schools.

Filipinos can be

the happiest
teachers that w e
have met in
educational tour.

nice. I have not
seen them and
they even not go
w ith us. But I
guess they have a
good
administration.

are nice and help

cleanliness. They
stimulate the

especially the
spiritual aspects.

Teachers in every
grade level have
dif ferent faculty
rooms. In every
statue of Virgin
Mary is
surrounded w ith
plants w ere you
can see and read
the students
prayers that are
w ritten in a
colorful piece of
paper. Lockers
are located
outside the
classroom w here
they can put their
books and other
personal
belongings.
Japanese
language subjects
are mandatory
institutional
requirement.
They also sent
scholars to Japan
for study and also
teachers coming
f rom Japan should
learn the Filipino
language.
They have a very
big reference
library.
They of fer the
courses that are
trend in these
days.
General
Impression
The school is very
spacious. The
teachers and the
students are in
good terms, they
support one
another. The
school provide
quality of
education.
They proved that
students are unique
and can be treated
in a manner that
they w ill be catered
all and no one w ill
be lef t useless.
Teachers are
dedicated and
committed to their
w ork. They are
helping the children
w ith disabilities to
live normally.
They have a very
nice building and
the constructions
are facilitating the
needs of the
students.

studying in that

Best school to
study if you w ant
to w ork in Japan
here in the
Philippines. They

information that
helps the Filipinos
and Japanese to

bridge the gaps

trying to produce

graduates.
