EduScrum is a framework that applies Scrum principles to education to foster collaboration and freedom in the classroom. Teachers act as product owners and scrummasters to coach self-organizing student teams. Data from various high school courses shows student scores improved by 1.0 to 1.5 points on average when teachers used the eduScrum framework compared to traditional teaching methods.
