This document outlines the objectives and means of verification for evaluating teachers' performance in several domains: content knowledge and pedagogy; learning environment and diversity of learners; curriculum and planning; assessment and reporting; and additional activities. Each domain contains 2-4 objectives with suggested means of verification, including classroom observation forms, lesson plans, assessment tools, communication with parents/guardians, and certificates of participation in additional responsibilities. The overall document provides a framework for conducting comprehensive teacher performance evaluations across key areas of teaching practice.
