The document summarizes a film called "Eden Hall - In Unison". It follows a young couple who meet as dance partners and become romantically involved over time. As they get older, they get married but can no longer dance as the woman develops an illness. The summary provides positive feedback on the film's use of time jumps, sound design with changing music volumes, and casting of the lead roles. Locations like the school theatre are also highlighted as adding to the film.

2. Storyline
A young woman and a young man become dance partners, after
competing for a long time they become romantically involved.
The film follows them through different life stages and then ends
with them as an older couple, now married, they can no longer
dance as the woman has an illness.
3. Interesting points
I like how the film
starts with “noise” The dates are
helpful for the
storyline
I think that although
Rebecca looks like a
professional dancer, it’s
not specific to the era that
it’s meant to be (70s
dance)
I like how the words
overlap the film, but also
how they are centred so
you don’t miss what it says
and you can see what is
happening in the
background,
4. Interesting points
Close up reaction
shot I think more detail
and thought could
have been taken
for their costumes
during the
competition, as
they are normally
more elaborate.
The music that has been
played over the top, but
now it is muted by
Rebecca, it’s good.
I like the time
jump
5. Evaluation
Acting: I think that the acting is very good and they were cast for
the parts well.
Locations: I think the use of the school theatre was a good idea
for the scene of the film.
Sound: I think the sound is really well done, the way the volume
of the music changes smoothly when they talk and when they
don’t. Furthermore, there is only one area where you can hear
the wind when they are talking outside. I think the songs match
the mood really well.
