This document outlines the criteria for passing, merit, and distinction levels for a personal and professional development unit. It provides guidance for students to: 1) Review their progress against initial goals and assess if they have been met or require new target dates. 2) Assess how their action plan has supported their development over the duration of the program in terms of skills, knowledge, and overcoming barriers. 3) Evaluate their overall development during the program both personally and professionally by considering traits, skills gained, impact of coursework and placements, and set future goals.
