This means you shape every members experience, the direction of the LC, the culture, the fun, and help everyone go through the hardship of learn by doing.
- 3. Executive Board Committee You will be the person that members turn to for help. You will be the person that members expect you to have answers/solutions to every question/challenge. You will be the person that members monitor every action and words that you do/speak. And they will discuss about it. You will be a friend, a family, a heart-break counsellor to members. They will at times hate you, and at times love you. You will see sunrise while doing AIESEC work. You will see sunset while doing AIESEC work.
