Students’ eating habits
Purpose – to evaluate the
nutritional peculiarities of
Joniškis "Aušra"
gymnasium students.
Task - evaluate students 'attitudes
toward nutrition based on high
school students' responses.
What is your gender?
Do you eat regulary?
How many times do you eat per
day?
Do you eat breakfast?
Do you eat lunch at school?
Do you know about a
Food Pyramid?
Do you pay attention to the
ingredients choosing products?
Do you eat fresh fruit and
vegetables?
Do you often overeat?
Do you often choose fast food?
When I’m thirsty I choose…
What do you think, whether
eating influences your health or
not?
Conclusions
Students understand that a healthy diet
contributes to better well-being, know
about the pyramid of a healthy diet,
know how to follow it.
Pupils of Joniškis Aušra Gymnasium
usually eat 3-4 times a day (58.0%), eat
fruits and vegetables every day (76.6%),
instead of carbonated drinks or juices
they usually choose to drink water
(71.0%).

Editor's Notes

  1. Tikslas – įvertinti Joniškio „Aušros“ gimnazijos mokinių mitybos ypatumus. Uždavinys: Remiantis gimnazistų atsakymais įvertinti mokinių požiūrį į mitybą.
  2. Apklausoje dalyvavo 107 Joniškio „Aušros“ gimnazijos mokinių. 31 – vaikinas (29%) ir 76 – merginos (71%). 2 (1,9%) mažiau nei 15 metų; 98 (91,6%) 15-18 metų amžiaus; 7 (6,5%) 18 ir daugiau metų.
  3. Moksleivių buvo klausiama ar reguliariai maitinasi? Taip - 49 (45,8 %) Ne – 20 (18,7 %) Stengiasi valgyti reguliariai 38 (35,5%) moksleivių.
  4. Į klausimą kiek kartų valgo per dieną atsakymai: 1-2 kartus dienoje - 45 (42,1%) 3-4 kartus dienoje – 54 (50,5 %) Ir daugiai nei 4 kartus per dieną valgo 8 (7,5%) apklaustųjų.
  5. Pusryčiai kiekvienam yra svarbi dienos pradžia. Tačiau dėl greito gyvenimo tempo ir netinkamai susiformavusių įpročių jie dažnai praleidžiami. Pusryčiauja - 51 (47,7%) Nepusryčiauja nes nenori – 34 (31,8%) Nesuspėja ryte pavalgyti – 22 (20,6%) respondentų.
  6. Mūsų valgykla mokiniams siūlo karštų, skanių patiekalų, tačiau ne visi pasinaudoja galimybe papietauti. Jei nepavalgo mokykloje, būrelius lankantys mokiniai iki vakaro būna alkani. Sveikatos specialistų teigimu, tai tiesiausias kelias į sveikatos sutrikimus. Visada mokykloje valgo pietus – 44 (41,1%) dalyvavusių apklausoje Valgo kai turi pinigų – 15 (14%) Retai pietauja mokykloje – 20 (18,7%) Taupo pinigus – 5 (4,7%) 2 ( 1,9% ) nepatinka mokyklos maistas 20 (18,77%) pavalgo tik grįžę į namus Ir vienas atsakė, kad nepietauja iš viso.
  7. ☺ mitybos piramidė aiškiai parodo, kad mityba turi būti subalansuota, įvairi. Visa tai kas turi būti mūsų lėkštėja kasdien.
  8. Maistinės produktų sudėties ženklinimas tapo svarbus ne tik todėl, kad turime teisę žinoti, kas yra mūsų maisto produktuose, bet ir todėl, kad mums padėtų priimti tinkamus mitybos sprendimus, leidžiančius laikytis sveikos ir gerai subalansuotos mitybos. 23 ( 21,5%) domisi produkto sudėtimi 47 (43,9%) atsakė kad tai priklauso kokį produktą renkasi Nesidomi produkto sudėtimi 20 (18,7%) apklaustųjų ir 15 (14%) dėl to nesuka galvos 2 ( 1,9%) atsakė kad svarbiausia skonis.
  9. Daržovėse ir vaisiuose esantys vitaminai bei mineralinės medžiagos yra labai svarbios normalioms organizmo funkcijoms bei normaliems fiziologiniams procesams organizme vykti, jos reikalingos įvairių fermentų, hormonų apykaitai, kraujo kūnelių gamybai, ląstelių medžiagų apykaitai. Tiek vitaminai, tiek mineralinės medžiagos svarbios nervų sistemos veiklai, kraujo krešėjimui, endokrininių liaukų, širdies organų normaliai veiklai. Pakankamai gaunant vitaminų ir mineralinių medžiagų, didėja organizmo atsparumas infekcinėms ligoms.  Kasdien valgo vaisius ir daržoves 82 (76,6%) apklaustųjų. Retai 11 (10,3%) respondentų, o daržovių nemėgsta net 11(10,3%).
  10. Persivalgymas – nemaloni būsena, kurią teko patirti bene kiekvienam. Dažnas skrandžio perpildymas dideliu maisto kiekiu gali būti žalingas ne tik fizinei, bet ir dvasinei sveikatai, todėl geriau jo vengti. Remiantis mokinių atsakymais galima teikti kad 65 (60,8%) tai pažystama būsena.
  11. Bene dažniausiai greito maisto vartojimo priežastys yra skonis, laiko stoka, draugų įtaka ir prieinama kaina. „Greitą maistą“ renkasi net 36 (34,6%) atsakiusių gimnazistų, tačiau 35 (32,7%) teigia kad „greito maisto“ nevalgo ☺ O likusieji 35 (32,7%) „greitą maistą“ renkasi retai. Net 89 (83,2%) dalyvavusių gimnazistų atsakė kad idealiausia vakarienė yra namuose gamintas maistas.
  12. Svarbus, nepakeičiamas ir gyvybiškai reikalingas mūsų gyvenimui ir mūsų sveikatai yra vanduo. Žmogus be maisto gali išgyventi kelias savaites ar net mėnesius, tačiau be vandens – vos keletą dienų. Vanduo – tai atgaiva, sveikata, energija. Jis – mūsų medžiagų apykaitos ir mūsų gyvybingumo pagrindas. Vandens gėrimas yra vienas iš sveikiausių dalykų, kurį mes galime padaryti, kad jaustumėmės gerai. 76 (71 %) respondentų geria vandenį ir tik vandenį, 21 (19,6%) norėdami gerti nekreipia į tai dėmesio, ir 10 (9,3%) renkasi gaiviuosius gėrimus ar sultis.
  13. Į klausimą ar mityba daro įtaką jūsų sveikatai „taip“ atsakė 81 (75,7%) apklaustųjų. 19 (17,8%) dėl to nesuka galvos.
  14. Mokiniai supranta, kad sveika mityba turi įtakos geresnei savijautai, žino apie sveikos mitybos piramidę, moka ja vadovautis. Joniškio „Aušros“ gimnazijos moksleiviai dažniausiai valgo 3-4 kartus per dieną (58,0 proc.), kasdien valgo vaisius ir daržoves (76,6 proc.), vietoje gazuotų gėrimų ar sulčių dažniausiai renkasi gerti vandenį (71,0 proc.).
