Over 60% have some knowledge of food composition but many students reported occasional indigestion, allergies, and suboptimal daily eating and drinking habits like not consuming enough water or vegetables and consuming sugary drinks daily. The majority do not exercise after school or smoke. Most respondents were female students between the ages of 15 to 17 years old.
