Good health 
Good health depends on the 
eating habits you have. 
Therefore, it is recommended 
to learn to choose the food that 
promotes good nutrition.
recommendations 
1. Avoid foods 
categorize as 
"good" or 
"bad." It is best 
to know the 
properties of 
each food and 
thus discern 
which ones are 
best for your 
health.
2. The food nourishes the body and 
spirit. Try to eat frequent family to 
share the day's experiences. This 
improves communication and family 
bonding.
3. Do not limit 
food. Having a 
balanced diet is 
to eat all the 
food groups 
that you can 
get your daily 
requirements of 
vitamins, 
minerals, etc. 
You just have 
to pay attention 
not to overdo 
the portions.
4. Make a smart and super healthy foods 
leads to home. This way you avoid falling 
into temptation to open your refrigerator. 
Changes cookies, ice cream, etc., fruits, 
whole grains, nuts and yoghurt.
5. Never 
forget that 
breakfast is 
paramount.

energy to

activities.
