This document contrasts things that are easy with things that are difficult. It notes that while it is easy to occupy a small place like a phone directory listing, it is difficult to occupy someone's heart. Other contrasts made include that it is easy to judge others but difficult to recognize one's own errors, easy to hurt those we love but difficult to heal wounds, and easy to say we love but difficult to demonstrate it every day. The document encourages re-sending the message to those appreciated and loved.
