Implement a workshop aimed at teachers who range from 22 to 60 years of age, who belong to the basic level of secondary education of the public system, who are interested in finding different strategies to transmit knowledge to students through virtual learning.
The educational modality will be e-learning so that teacher training is flexible on time and the purpose will be the inclusion of technology as a tool to cover curricular contents and for students to learn the thematic contents in a fun way.
The workshop will guide teachers in mediating their pedagogical practice through Information and Communication Technologies, through the use of Virtual Teaching and Learning Environments. The teacher will be invited to enter the paths of the new Distance Education where they will find the means and tools to recognize it and distinguish it from other educational modalities. Emphasis will be placed on how to incorporate the tools in their planning and then elaborate their own technological-pedagogical proposals for virtual training with quality.
The use of enriched teaching strategies with technological tools will be potentiated so that the teacher applies them in a creative way with his students and thus generates a true change in learning. Another important aspect is that the teacher will evaluate the relevance of each teaching strategy taking into account the characteristics of the group and thus decide which one best responds to our needs.

Summary
Implement a workshop for teachers ranging between 22 and 60 years of age, belonging to the basic level
of secondary education in the public system, who are interested in seeking different strategies to convey
to students the knowledge through virtual learning.
The educational method is e-learning teacher training to be flexible in time and purpose will be the
inclusion of the technology as a tool to cover the curriculum and students learn the topics in a playful
manner.
The workshop will guide teachers in mediating teaching practice through information and
communications technology, through the use of Virtual Environments for Teaching and Learning. will

the use of teaching strategies enriched with technological tools for teachers to apply them creatively
with their students and thus generate a real change in learning will empower. Another important aspect
is that teachers will assess the relevance of each teaching strategy taking into account the characteristics
of the group and decide which best meets our needs.
Introduction
One of the most complex and sensitive to those who exercise teaching in all types and modalities
problems is undoubtedly learning strategies because it is not just knowing how to teach the course
content but knowing how to transmit that knowledge to high school students, since they are not usually
so patient in the form of teaching, because they are very involved in what is technology, try to draw
your attention to learning that are given to these young is meaningful to their daily lives and so
become sensitized to what must be learned.
2. Are structured governmental educational projects and private companies that combine the use of
multimedia, the Internet, word processing, use of audio and video content programs subject of regular
education in different degrees and cycles of primary school; Examples are the proposed Red Escolar,
Enciclomedia, Backpack Digital Telmex and Digital Skills for All Sefton-Green, Harvey and
Buckingham (1999) and Buckingham (1998) to consider the educational implications of communication
technologies conclude that the changes necessary to ensure effective use of communication technologies
in the educational process go through a radical change in the principles.
The effects of globalization, the speed of social, political and economic changes and advances in
knowledge and the scientific, technological and industrial development have caused society tends
increasingly founded on knowledge and information therefore educational organizations are the need to
develop deep reforms in their education systems, addressing this situation.
In the process of adapting teaching, the use of new computer resources, it is especially important to have
a means to allow us to use computers in the classroom activities responding to the goals outlined in the
proposed activities and fluidly and systematic.
Well, an educational platform is ideal for information, communication and participation of community
members vehicle education, especially students in the dynamics of the center; also it provides adequate
space for the development of academic activity with the resources available.
Method and Materials
The next workshop aims to guide teachers interested in mediating teaching practice through New
information and communications technology, through the use of Virtual Environments for Teaching and
Learning. are invited teachers to delve into the paths of new distance learning where we will find the
means and tools to recognize and distinguish it from other forms of education, where we can see and
recognize within this itinerary, the tools presented and, What characteristics should consider when
developing our own technological and pedagogical proposals for virtual training quality. In this
workshop we will move to the critical tools like an obvious way to look at the scenery and beyond
that, as a way of building space: steps create spaces. That is, when we decide to open up new paths to
new walkers

sessions
Results
This workshop was aimed at teachers ranging between 22 and 60 years of age, who belong to the basic
level of secondary education. They are teachers committed to their work to find different strategies to
transmit knowledge to their students through virtual learning.
After the workshop and l teacher could handle the following areas:
• Interaction domain
• Cognitive domain
• Affective domain
The teacher who taught virtual education courses had the following conditions:
• Has been a virtual student
• Having had virtual training studies
The workshop helped teachers in the workplace, to start using the technology and incorporate it in their
educational planning, so students can learn the content in a fun way.
Discussion
The virtual platform has come to represent in this great openness for education, offering great benefits
and leads to know how to administer, manage and collaborate significantly towards achieving that
academic quality that both required and a new vision and commitment of teachers taking into account
the scope, impact communication technology has generated.
Facing the challenge of obtaining a qualitative impact on education supported by ICT, you might think
you should take a spin on strategies that have traditionally been used to promote ownership of
learning. Evident through this workshop, the strategies used by teachers for years are easily adaptable to
the tools and resources offered by different LMS systems. To achieve a significant impact on education
with the use of ICT is necessary that teachers assume a new role in the virtual platform and becomes a
facilitator of learning, which poses significant challenges perhaps have been ignoring . Examples of
challenges in these environments include: the affective, pedagogical mediation, socialization in the new
learning environment, promoting teamwork, among others, that can be achieved by means of the above
approaches and opening faculty to learn the new environment, where students are often
experts. Professionalism confront these challenges is what we call the legitimate commitment of each
teacher with education today. Maintain or improve the quality of education in virtual environments is an
aspect that we can not neglect, therefore, can not claim to only transfer the virtual platform materials
and activities that were used in the physical classroom, but we must develop support integrate
multimedia audio, image, text and, if possible, that are interactive and collaborative activities that
promote learning through play tools,
It is important to note that the teaching strategies alone will not generate knowledge and virtual platform
itself does not create an attractive learning space, what makes the difference is the presence of a
7. facilitator to mediate the issues of a course with creative teaching strategies and use efficiently, the tools
offered by the platform. Thus, the teacher will generate a real change in learning in virtual environments
supported. Another important aspect is that the success of an activity in a virtual environment depends
largely on the participants, therefore, there is no 100% foolproof teaching strategy, but should assess the
characteristics of the group and decide what the that best meets our needs.
