The presentation proposes developing a web-enabled software with modules to digitize processes like appointments, consultations, prescriptions, and investigations. Implementing eGovernance is said to reduce paperwork and allow for faster services like speedy consultations and medicine distribution for patients. In conclusion, the university is requested to support eGovernance at the health center to improve operations.
