portfolio can be created using presentation software.

E-Portfolio Development process:
Creating an e-portfolio involves a series of stages. The stages
are:
1. Defining the portfolio context and goals (purpose &
audience)
2.The working portfolio (Archive creation/ Digital conversion)
3. The reflective portfolio (Asking questions: what?)
4. The connected portfolio (using the capacity of the computer
to create hypertext links between reflections and artifacts)
5. The presentation portfolio (publishing on www., CD-ROM,
videotape)
E-Rubrics
⚫A Rubric is a coherent set of criteria for students
work that includes descriptions of the levels of
performance quality on the criteria.
⚫It is used to asses and articulate the specific
components and expectations for an assignment,
project or presentation.

Rubric Development Guidelines
1. Examine an assignment for your course
2. Outline the elements or critical attributes to be
evaluated
3. Create an evaluative range for performance quality
under each element. Ex: Excellent, Good,
Unsatisfactory etc.
4. Add descriptors that specify each level of
performance.
5. Avoid using subjective or vague criteria such as
interesting or creative
6. Assign a numerical scale to each level.
