Too many reason , project continue drag by client/internal resource allocation and team objective not found right direction 2months. but we not able manage 3 months and company lost extreme fund on this project. Even though , it was be finish now.Project was 4 week max budget ( it was not finish yet and keep growing delivery schedule and internal matter between project manager and QA Leader) , if properly understand and definition clear discuss from all team member and myself.
