GOLDEN BANSI PRODUCT BENEFITS Durum Wheat Kesari Rawa is made from stone ground bansi wheat and is famous in southern states of India for making a variety of dishes such as kesari bath, kichadi, rawa Pongal & upma. KESARI RAVA This golden-yellow coloured broken wheat – known as DALIYA OR LAPSI is made from whole raw wheat kernels which are crushed or cut into smaller pieces. This wheat reduces cooking time but still preserves the fiber rich bran and wheat layers.
