Durum Wheat Kesari Rawa is made from
stone ground bansi wheat and is famous in
southern states of India for making a variety
of dishes such as kesari bath, kichadi, rawa
Pongal & upma.

This golden-yellow coloured broken wheat – known as DALIYA OR LAPSI is made from whole raw
wheat kernels which are crushed or cut into smaller pieces. This wheat reduces cooking time but
