This document provides instructions for an assignment to write diagnostic case reports on two disorders: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Paranoid Schizophrenia. Students are directed to review case information on a website and write a report for each case following a specific format. The report should include sections on background, observations, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention. Students are also instructed to cite sources using APA format and write in a clear, organized, and grammatically correct manner. The assignment will be graded based on inclusion of required content sections and adherence to writing guidelines.

There, you will see twelve different disorders listed. For this module, view the following
