3. OBJECTIVES
The DTI, through the
Negosyo Centers shall
implement programs which
will improve the
competitiveness,
competencies and foster
innovation and
entrepreneurship for
MSMEs including micro and
medium cooperatives;
The CDA will continue to
provide assistances that
will help improve the
business operations of
micro and small
cooperatives, e.g.
conduct roadshows,
cooperative product
trade fair, etc.

4. Roles and Responsibilities
Include participation of micro
and small cooperatives in
their on-going business
development trainings for
MSME in the Negosyo Center.

5. Roles and Responsibilities
Provide list of Shared Service
Facilities, if needed upon the
request of CDA. The CDA will
disseminate the information to
their registered cooperatives where
said cooperatives may do their
production/processing operations
following the guidelines set by the
cooperators.

Make use of
available budget of
Negosyo Center.

CDA
Inform the registered
cooperatives of the locations of
established Negosyo Centers and
its services as well as the available
business development trainings
conducted in the Negosyo
Centers

8. Roles and Responsibilities
Identify the cooperatives
that will participate in the
business development
trainings and refer them
to the nearest Negosyo
Center

9. Roles and Responsibilities
Identify the cooperatives with issued
COCs that may use the equipment
and machines of established SSFs,
following guidelines set by the
Cooperator, & refer said cooperatives
to DTI or directly to the SSF
cooperator

10. Roles and Responsibilities
Undertake a focused monitoring of
cooperatives participating in the
activities that will flow from this
Agreement to ensure that the
objectives are met and that
improvements may be introduced.
