If you are using a CMS, you are using it to save time by having it do much of the heavy lifting for you. Drupal is a very powerful and complex CMS and can easily accomplish things that would be much harder within a simpler CMS (e.g., WordPress). However, one drawback to that is the more complex the CMS, the more assumptions it makes about how content is organized and displayed. In this sessions, we will try to illuminate some of the constraints you'll need to work with when designing on Drupal. Presented March 2, 2015 / NTEN Nonprofit Technology Conference 2015 in Austin.
