• 5 years in the learning function in IBM – Trainer, Learning consultant to Business on all soft and behaviour skills,
New & Lateral Hire programs, Prescribed Consulting skills learning, manage a 17 member team and around 843
business trainers
• Have been outside the country to deliver the consulting training in other locations of IBM
• The only qualified trainer to deliver training across all levels and bands of people – from entry level to the director
level.
• Joined IBM as a people engagement person for the AT&T account for 2 years
Training Manager - [Chennai ]▪ [October, 2005]
• 3.5 years with HCL – joined as training manager and set up the entire training function in South India – moved to
Noida on a double promotion and reached the level of a group manager. End to End training operations, delivery of
training program, created the EDP, MDP and the LDP, - Executive, Manager and the Leadership development

• 9 months with The Consulting Group – 2 projects completed on Solid Waste Management and revamp of the +II

Dutch and the Indian Governments. Had to liaise with a lot of the Indian Government finance ministry officials to get

• 3 years’ experience in people management in the young aspiring graduate going to study in the US as the visa clerk
