The document describes a battle between Dr. Democracy and the Oligarchy of Evil, who rule without allowing civil liberties. The Oligarchy is made up of a Dictator, Feudalist, Socialist, Matriarchist/Femi-Nazi, and Anarchist. Dr. Democracy arrives to protect the citizens' rights to life, liberty, and happiness. A battle ensues in which Dr. Democracy empowers the citizens with rights like freedom of speech and religion, defeating the Oligarchy's oppression. Order and democracy are restored with the people in power.
