This document contains a self-assessment for a teacher to evaluate their skills in listening, reading, spoken interaction, and spoken production. The teacher is asked to rank their skills from strongest to weakest and identify which skills they can perform independently, sometimes, feel unsure about, or cannot perform. They are then prompted to identify two weaker skills and propose ways to develop those skills through classroom activities, home practice, online resources, or seeking help from others. The purpose is for the teacher to self-evaluate their language skills and identify areas for improvement.
