I am a passionate and driven Spanish teacher with a desire to open my classroom to the world and engage students in authentic learning experiences. I love to read on a variety of topics including (but not limited to) autonomy and motivation, authentic assessment, and linguistics and language development and global education. During the 2016-17 school year, designed my own traveling sabbatical, searching for schools and teachers around the world to create meaningful global connections and explore best practices in a variety of education systems internationally.
