6. MISE EN SCENE
There are lots of shots of
pizza, Domino’s uniforms,
cars and stores.
In interviews, store
employees wear the
Domino’s uniform whereas
people in higher positions
wear suits.
7. SOUND
• Voice of God narration is used, which is a male speaking in Standard
English. He introduces people and topics, and links sections together.
• Non-diegetic upbeat, instrumental music is used.
• Diegetic sound from interviews and observational footage adds
realism.
8. EDITING
• There is a fast paced opening montage at the beginning that
introduces the documentary and is relevant to the topic.
• Interview questions are edited out and the jump cuts covered up.
9. ARCHIVE MATERIAL
No archive material is used as the documentary focuses on the
present, and Domino’s is a fairly recent company.
