This document outlines the performance standards and indicators for a school principal. It includes 7 key domains for leadership: 1) vision, mission and values; 2) school planning and implementation; 3) human resource management; 4) research and innovation; 5) stakeholder engagement and partnerships; 6) monitoring and evaluation; and 7) plus factors. Each domain contains performance criteria related to quality, efficiency, timeliness, and indicators of success. Performance is evaluated on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score. Evidence and documentation are required to demonstrate completion of targets and objectives.
