The document provides a checklist for evaluating websites with questions about validity, bias, and overall quality. It evaluates the website http://www.thedogisland.com. It finds that the author is not named and seems to be biased as the purpose is to get visitors to send their dogs to Dog Island, and there is advertising. Based on the scores and answers, the document concludes that this is not a good website to use for a school project.
This new infovisualization focuses this time on the top5 in order to highlight key findings like who are the authors of these blogs, since when do they exist, how many posts you may find, what is the overall productivity of these. Hope you enjoy it.

F = 푞 * v * B

Delivering a bad-news in a positive manner includes different skills. Negative news will be delivering the news which the audience might not need to receive, read, or hear. By delivering the negative news one would feel it quite difficult. Whether one needs to inform someone which they are being providing or laid off with the constructive criticism upon the performance of the job is helpful in selecting the message delivery that could influence upon the response. Some of the people would be preferring the bad news in order to concise and direct. Some of them might be preferring the direct approach which determines either an indirect or direct approach that is warranted along with the delivery of the news which one needs to anticipate it unwelcome, possibly, and unwanted dismissed (Jansen, & Janssen, 2013).
The examination of different scenarios here could be communicated either externally or internally but it would identify that the lines could be blurred as the flow of communication that is made along with the business or organization. The external and internal communications have been overlapping often with the degree of consent. The rumour here is anticipated with the layoffs which might surface on the social media and one might be called upon to address the main concern lying within the organization. In the same manner a product which has completely failed internally with the quality control would be testing the essential improvements and changes before it gets into the market but the data leaves the organization hurt in terms of reputation, financial security, and the prospects of future contracts (Bordyuk, 2007).
The communication here is present with the ability to guide, clarify, and manage the understanding that is essential in addressing the issues while maintaining the integrity and trust with the public, stakeholders, and the employees. The goals here could include the desire to concise and clear the extra clarification. The response here might not provide the opportunity needed for the confirmation, feedback, or the discussion which understands the concern (French, & Holden, 2012).

Assignment 1Assignment 1: Who uses databases?
In this assignment, you will identify three companies and think critically about how they use databases to enable their business. After completing this assignment, you should be able to identify the types of data a company might be interested in storing, and how it is related to other data. You should also begin to see complexities in identifying how data is stored.

3. For each type of data, identify five attributes for each entity type you identified in #2
4. Create a data dictionary showing the column names, table names, data type, and length for the entities in #2. See page 15 in your book for an example.
5. Draw an ERD showing the relationship between the two entities. Include the cardinality and participation constraints. You do not need to show the attributes in the ERD. It is easiest to make these drawings in software such as PowerPoint or Visio.
6. For each entity, provide 3-7 instances using fictional data. Create and populate a table for each entity that includes sample values that demonstrate the participation and cardinality.
7. Write out the business rules that are presented in your ERD. The business rules should describe the entities, their attributes, domain constraints (optional, but should be included if needed), cardinality, and participation constraints. You may either write this in long form or use bullet points.

(c) Using data and information contained in the annual reports you have been assigned, describe and where possible quantify the interest rate risk faced by the firms. You should attempt to use data/information from annual reports over the period 2015 to 2020. You can also source data for your firms from a financial database. (20 marks)
Hints: Your discussion should include where possible the following:
(i) An assessment of whether the firm’s cash flows or profits are in any way correlated with market rates of interest and if so the sign of the correlation. No calculations required.
(ii) Does the firm have borrowings?
(iii) What is the relative size of these borrowings or other measures of the extent of the firm’s financial obligations? Does the firm disclose its leverage ratios? If not try to calculate them. How do they compare with the industry average?
(iv) Is the firm able to generate cash/profits so that it can pay its financial obligations? Does the firm disclose its interest coverage ratios? If not try to calculate them. How do they compare with the industry average?
(v) Is the interest payment on the borrowings a fixed or floating rate?

Hints: Your discussion should include where possible the following:
(i) Relate back to part 2 c) on the interest risk faced by your firm.

Project 2 Instructions and Grading RubricProject 2 will consist .docxwkyra78
Project 2 Instructions and Grading Rubric
Project 2 will consist of completing the Comprehensive Problem for Chapter 15 which can be found on page 951 of the text. You are asked to calculate a series of ratios and utilize these figures in a variety of analysis to determine the viability of this firm as a sound investment. You can use either Excel or Word to create and submit your data. No other file formats are permitted. (You must show all the supporting data and the calculation used for each ratio. If you just turn in the ratios without support for how you got them, you will receive a zero for that portion of the assignment). Listed below you will find hints on how to lay out the data. Use these hints, plus the grading rubric listed below to complete your assignment. This project is worth 12.5% of your course grade, so I suggest you give it the attention it deserves for the best possible score.
In each of requirements 1-5 you will create a table of data. At the top of each column of data you should list the years. Since 2014 is the base year in each case you should have the year 2018 as the first column after the description of the row and the last column should be the year 2014.
Sample:
Item Description
2018
2017
2016
2015
2014
Requirement 1: Worth 20%
Here you should have listed net revenues and the trend percentage for each and then Net Earnings and the trend percentage for each.

2015
2014
Total Net Revenues
Trend Percentages
Net Earnings
Trend Percentages
Requirement 2: Worth 10%
Here I would expect to see the 2 components that make up the profit margin followed by the Profit Margin Ration itself.
Requirement 3: Worth 10%
Here I would expect to see the data and calculations for the Gross Profit Percentage, the Inventory Turnover and the Days Sales in Inventory for each of the 5 years.
Requirement 4: Worth 30%
Here I would expect to see the data and calculations for the Debt Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Times Interest Earned Ratio, Current Ratio, and Quick Ratio for each of the 5 years.
Requirement 5: Worth 10%
Here I would expect to see the data and calculation of the Dividend Payout Ratio for each year.
Analysis Requirement: Worth 10%
Write an analysis of not more than one page that touches on each ratio trend calculated (whether it is positive or negative) and incorporate these trends into a final recommendation for whether you feel this firm would be a good investment or not.
This assignment is due by 11:59 PM Eastern time on May 3rd. No Late assignments will be accepted.

Validity means truth, logic, and trustworthiness. When evaluating an electronic resource, separately
look at the validity of the author, the publisher and the facts.
A. Author Validity: Is the author named; what makes the author qualified to write about the subject?
________________________________NO__________________
B. Publisher Validity: Is the company/organization publishing the information trustworthy?
_________________________NO_____________________________
C. Fact Validity: Are links available to check facts? ___________NO_______________
Are references provided from which the facts were taken? ______________NO____________
1. The information in the website seems to be correct and can be found on other web sites and in print
