This report summarizes an experiment using Cisco Packet Tester to build a DNS server. The objective was to build a DNS server with Cisco Packet Tester, connect a PC to a switch and the switch to the DNS server. The DNS server IP was set, along with the server name and IP. An HTML file was edited on the DNS server. The PC IP and DNS server were then set and data transfer was checked via command and web to confirm name resolution worked between the PC and DNS server.
A DNS server is a server that manages the domain name system or DNS protocols, matching Internet domain names and IP addresses. The DNS server may also manage domain resolution services.
Here, I have designed a lab room using different PC and connected them using a Switch, and then connected them with the DNS server. I have used Server0 in PC0 and PC1. However, in PC2 and PC3 I have used Server1.

Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.
