public relations and marketing activity across a wide

deliver this over the next 3 years
Approach
Using Aspirin’s ‘FASTER Growth’ programme
facilitated by Aspirin Business Coach, Paul Kinvig,
DNPR engaged in 4 one day workshops:
1. Vision & strategy,
2. Sales & marketing,
3. People planning and
4. Leadership development.
Using various business growth tools (including the
Orbit Tool & Motivational Maps) a robust 3-year
vision & strategy was created. Four core values
Passion, Expertise, Trust and Results) were identified
which now form the core of their brand message. We
also identified DNPR’s ideal customers and started to
develop staff to take on the more responsible roles
required to deliver the improved performance.
