Training has been the most satisfying and challenging position the author has held in their career. While some believe training is simply replicating a job function, the author believes training should develop soft skills and help employees understand and embrace an organization's goals and culture. As a lead healthcare trainer, the author trains employees in healthcare and other campaigns, ensuring all trainees develop expectations and pride in working for an exceptional company regardless of their job level. Campaignsaswell.There isa difference inthe jobfunctionsbutneverinthe developmentof the
traineesintheirexpectationsandpride inworkingforanexceptional companynomatterwhatlevel
theyare performing.Thisabilityisthe signof agreat trainerovera one that justimpartsknowledge.
