AA Property Investments refurbished a 25,000 square foot, Grade II listed commercial building in London's Kingsway over 35 weeks for £2.7 million. The refurbishment included redecorating the art deco reception, upgrading five floors to CAT-A standard with new air conditioning, lighting, ceilings, and floors, as well as refurbishing the lift lobbies, staircases, and installing new basement amenities.
AA Property Investments refurbished a 9,149 square foot commercial building located at 50 Southwark Street in London for £1.1 million over 24 weeks. The refurbishment included perimeter trunking, raised floors, new VRV comfort cooling, exposed brick, recessed LED lighting, showers, a remodelled reception area, a fully refurbished lift, a video entry system, and new bike storage to transform the warehouse-style office space.
