Fidelity appointed Kingly to undertake a £1.5M, 22,000 sq ft fit out of their Cannon Street headquarters over 20 weeks to accommodate their internal investment arm, 8 Roads. The high quality fit out included glass partitions, ceilings and bespoke joinery with works carried out in three phases within the fully occupied building.
