SAILENT FEATURES OF OUR PANELS
The Enclosures and load bearing members are manufactured by 2 mm thick CRCA steel
sheet. Doors & Partitions are made by 1.6mm thick CRCA steel sheet.
Mounting Platesare manufactured with 2mm thick & Gland plates are manufactured with
3mm steel sheets.
Base frame is made out of 3 mm / 5mm thick ISMC75 or ISMC100 pre-fabricated MS
channels.
Powder Coated in duct and vermin Proof Eco-Friendly environment by seven tank pre-
treatment process.
Feeders, Bus Bars Chambers, Cable Alleys, are fully compartmentalized.
All live Parts are shrouded.
Bus bars are supported on non – hygroscopic SMC supports at suitable intervals to bear the
stresses arising during stringent conditions.
Bus bars are insulated with heat / shrinkable/ sleeves / codified as Red, Yellow, Blue for
phases, Black for Neutral and Green for Earth as standard practice.
All bus bars joints are provided with zinc passivated nuts and bolts to provide long life to all
Electricals and mechanical connection.
INFRASTRUCTURE
TESTING FACILITIES
The Following tests are conducted at our works before dispatch of the panels.
Paint/ Powder Thickness Test using a digital handheld probe.
Testing of MCB / MCCB using a Primary Injection Tester(0-100A).
Conductivity Test of the Busbarsused –Aluminium/ Copper using a conductivity Tester.
Operation Test of the Circuit Using Power Supplies.
InsulationsResistance Test using a 1000 V dc Meggar.
High Voltage Test (up to 2.5kV for30 /60 seconds) using a High Voltage Tester
