This document outlines the dissemination plan for the Horizon to the Future project. It details various dissemination activities carried out between 2015-2018, including blog posts, press releases, presentations, and seminars. These activities shared information about project events like mobility visits and meetings with the target audiences of partner schools, local communities in Spain and project countries, and teachers across Galicia. The dissemination reached large numbers of people, from 850 blog readers to over 50,000 for some press releases. The project was also shared on school and partner websites to inform the school community.

*This plan includes examples of blog updates of the whole process, press releases and other activities made to disseminate Horizon to the future. Meetings
at school are not included, we consider them internal documentation but we have registred all of them by memos and signatures.
Further information:
The project was shared with local institutions: city council, the Gender Court of Coruña, the three primary schools (through meetings from the Headmaster
with the three schools), the students and parents of these schools (in different meetings which were held at the end of each school year both in the primary
schools and in our schools).
It was shared with the whole school community through the project´s blog: http://horizontothefuture.blogspot.com.es/ and in our School website:
http://www.edu.xunta.gal/centros/iesafonsoxcambre/ , in the School Website we have already included from the beginning of the project websites of our
partnership and the website of the project, so this website could be shared between our school community.
In the school we have a permanent panel, where we share the main posters made through the different activities of the project. This panel is located in the
school´s hall, where everybody related to our school can see it.
Furthermore, we had the chance of sharing our Erasmus + projects between teachers from all Galicia, where we share details of our two KA2 projects. In
addition, now we are a school of reference, we were able to disseminate the development of a KA2 project through permanent contact with teachers from
other schools: IES Fernando Wirtz and IES Monelos (A Coruña), IES Blanco Amor (Ourense) or CEIP O Graxal (Cambre), in addition, our project coordinator
was invited to give some lectures in IES O Laxeiro, Lalín (Pontevedra) in a teacher´s training activity; in this course the coordinator will disseminate the
experience of Horizon to the future in Cambre.
