1. Hemicrania Continua
Hemicrania continua is a type of headache disorder. It causes constant pain in only one side of
your face and head.
The name hemicrania continua comes from Latin words that mean “one side of the head” and
“continuous.” It is a primary headache disorder, which means that no other underlying
conditions cause these headaches.
Symptoms:
Eye Pain.
Nausea and vomiting.
Nasal congestion.
Ptosis(drooping eyelid).
Red eyes or tearing.
Diet:
Dark Leafy greens.
Avocado.
Tuna.
Salmon.
Seeds.

2. Zellweger Syndrome
Zellweger Syndrome is a genetic disorder passed from parents to children. It disturbs cellular
function and causes serious problems soon after birth. Newborns can have brain, liver and kidney
problems, as well ass difficulty feeding or moving. There is no cure or treatment.
Symptoms:
Enlarged liver.
High forehead.
Underdeveloped eyebrows ridges.
Wide-set eyes.
Causes:
Defects in any one of
the 13 genes.
Termed PEX genes.
Dysfunctional lipid
metabolism.
Defects of the bile acids
and plasmalogens.
Treatment:
• There is no cure for
Zellweger
syndrome,nor is there
a standard course of
treatment.
3. Varicose eczema
Varicose eczema is usually caused by increased pressure in the leg veins. When small valves in the
veins stop working properly, it’s difficult for blood to be pushed upwards against gravity and it can
leak backwards. This increases the pressure in the veins, which can cause fluid to leak into the
surrounding tissue.
Symptoms:
Aching, heavy and uncomfortable
legs.
Swollen feet and ankles.
Burning or throbbing in your legs.
Muscle cramp in your legs,
particularly at night.
Causes:
Swollen and enlarged
veins.
Leg ulcers.
Cellulitis.
Obesity can increase
the pressure in your
leg veins.
Diet:
Fruits - Apples,
Cherries,
Blueberries.
Vegetables -
Broccoli, Spinach,
Kale.
Treatment:
Moisturizers and
emollients.
Surgery- can remove
varicose veins.
Compression
stockings or
dressings.
Medicine:
Topical corticosteroid
4. Yersiniosis
Yersiniosis is an infection caused most often by eating raw or undercooked pork contaminated with
Yersinia enterocolitica bacteria. CDC estimates Y. enterocolitica causes almost 117,000 illnesses,
640 hospitalizations, and 35 deaths in the United States every year. Children are infected more often
than adults, and the infection is more common in the winter.
Symptoms:
Fever.
Abdominal Pain.
Diarrhea.
Causes:
Yersiniosis is an infection
caused most often by
eating raw or
undercooked pork
contaminated with
Yersinia enterocolitica
bacteria.
Diet:
Drink and serve
only pasteurized
milk and milk
products.
Wash hands
with soap and
water before
eating and
preparing food .
Treatment:
Yersiniosis usually
goes away on its own
without antibiotic
treatment. However,
antibiotics may be
used to treat more
severe or complicated
infections.
Medicine:
Doxycycline and
Aminoglycoside.
Cefotaxime,
Fluoroquinolones
and cotrimoxazole.
