nuts/seeds/avocado/olives
• Include daily servings of green/leafy

• Avoid refined oil, processed grain,
sugar, animal products
• Include herbs, spices, and cacao!
10. OTHER LIFESTYLE FACTORS IN INFLAMMATION
• Exercise can recruit immune cells and
increase oxygen, allowing healing
• Relaxation Response:
mindfulness/meditation/yoga
techniques reduce inflammation and
stimulate repair
• Healing touch
• Acrylamide (formed from charring,
overcooking at high heat)
• Sleep/sleep medication
• Take care of teeth: water-pik/floss
• Don't use alcohol or alcohol based
mouthwash
• Intermittent fasting
• Green tea/matcha
• Anger is like a hot coal
• Bitterness is like drinking poison
