A causa della crisi internazionale, molti lavoratori rischiano di perdere il lavoro e molti altri si trovano già disoccupati. Quali aiuti offre lo Stato per venire incontro ai bisogni di queste famiglie? In questa presentazione parliamo degli ammortizzatori sociali in Italia. Cosa sono? Chi ne ha diritto? Quanti lavoratori non ricevono alcun aiuto? E' vero che Nessuno viene lasciato indietro?
Il progetto intende proporre un modello d’inclusione socio-lavorativa di persone disabili attraverso lo start up di un’opportunità imprenditoriale concreta, che integri l’innovazione tecnologica all’interno di network di realtà pubbliche e private del territorio. Il target sarà composto da disabili, compresi giovani con disabilità che hanno terminato i percorsi sanitari specifici per l’età dello sviluppo e altre tipologie di disabili esclusi dai circuiti di formazione/lavoro. In un territorio in cui la crisi lavorativa coinvolge tutti i settori, si intende pensare di avviare una iniziativa che sfrutti esperienze positive in settori emergenti (produzioni di ausili sanitari realizzati attraverso l’uso di stampanti 3D) come elemento di forza per la specializzazione delle persone disabili.

5. Quali sono i principali ostacoli?
1. La cultura “assistenzialista” dell’inserimento lavorativo dei disabili
limita le imprese nell’individuazione delle professionalità tra i cittadini
con disagio.
2. La mancata informazione da parte delle imprese sull’attuale livello
culturale e professionale dei disabili, oltre che sui vantaggi fiscali e
contributivi legati alla loro assunzione.

studenti con disabilità motorie costituiscono la percentuale
maggiore (27,5%) degli iscritti disabili all'anno
accademico 2006-07, mentre le percentuali minori si
riscontrano nei casi di studenti con difficoltà mentali
(3,5%) e con dislessia (0,9%)

8. DISABILI E LAVORO:
Legislazione italiana
La legislazione italiana ha avuto un’evoluzione
significativa con l’emanazione della legge 68/99 -
"Norme per il diritto al lavoro dei disabili".
Essa ha, infatti, introdotto una disciplina ispirata al
concetto di "collocamento mirato“ consentendo di
superare i limiti burocratici e assistenzialistici della
precedente normativa (legge n. 482/68 - “Disciplina
generale delle assunzioni obbligatorie presso le
pubbliche amministrazioni e le aziende private”).
L’attuale legge promuove e sostiene l’inserimento
individualizzato nel mondo del lavoro delle persone con
disabilità in base ad un’analisi delle capacità lavorative
del singolo soggetto.

10. DISABILI E LAVORO:
Legislazione italiana e vantaggi alle imprese
Oltre ad avere la possibilità di avere professionisti alle loro
dipendenze?
Le imprese hanno diverse azioni di sostegno. Tra queste, ad
esempio, si possono citare le seguenti:
1. Riduzione del costo salariale fino al 60% per ogni
lavoratore disabile assunto con rapporto di lavoro a tempo
indeterminato.
2. Rimborso forfetario parziale delle spese necessarie alla
trasformazione del posto di lavoro per renderlo adeguato.
3. Qualora partecipino a bandi per appalti pubblici o
intrattengano rapporti convenzionali o di concessione con
pubbliche amministrazioni, le imprese sono escluse se non
attestano di essere in regola con le norme che disciplinano
il diritto al lavoro dei disabili.

11. Se il posto di lavoro
non può essere adeguato?
I lavoratori disabili dipendenti occupati a domicilio o con modalità di
telelavoro sono computati ai fini della copertura della quota di riserva.
