The Sarnia-Lambton Children's Aid Society is seeking a Director of Services to oversee residential and non-residential programs for children and youth. The Director of Services will supervise eight managers and ensure delivery of services in accordance with the organization's child protection mandate and strategic plan. Preference will be given to candidates with an MSW degree, five years of progressive management experience in child protection, and in-depth knowledge of protection services, children in care, and community-based practice.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this senior management position directs the Agency’s
residential and non-residential programs. Supervising up to eight managers, the Director of
Services oversees the delivery of services provided by the agency.
Candidates must possess values that are congruent with those of the organization.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and management
skills as the organization fulfills its child protection mandate and strategic plan.
Preference will be given to applicants with an M.S.W. degree and at least five years of
progressively responsible management experience in child protection. In-depth knowledge of
protection services, children in care, resources and community based practice is essential.
