Director of Administration

Reports to: VP, Director of Finance
Position Summary: Works closely with agency CEO and VP, Director of Finance. The Director
of Administration manages the overall daily office operations of Riley Hayes Advertising.
Essential Functions – Director of Administration
 Partners with HR and appropriate Directors on new employee orientation,
onboarding, performance management, professional development, mentoring and
coaching of team members.
 Manage the physical space and landlord/tenant relationship.
 Direct facilities staff, including custodial and maintenance workers.
 Assist as requested in lease negotiations, tenant build-out projects, contractor
negotiations, space planning and facility maintenance.
 Manage relationships with vendors who provide general office services and support
to insure quality and consistency.
 Oversee the purchasing of supplies, and the purchasing, leasing, repairing and
maintenance of furniture, equipment and fixtures.
 Administer office safety, business continuity and emergency programs.
 Greet and welcome agency visitors and determine their needs.
 Manage and maintain executive schedules.
 Plays a key role on the leadership team.
 Other responsibilities, as agreed with CEO and VP, Director of Finance.
