When a guest makes a booking, their credit card details are captured and the booking is instantly confirmed via email, along with a secure PDF containing the guest's payment information that can be accessed using the property owner's credentials. Owners are encouraged to change their password, ensure their contact information is up to date, and keep their availability, rates, images, and cancellation policy current.
