This document provides instructions for an activity where students will analyze primary sources related to an historical event using the SCIM-C method. The SCIM-C method involves questioning the source, making inferences from it, contextualizing it by considering when and how it was produced, and summarizing what the source conveys. Students will then use the analyzed sources to reconstruct the historical event being studied, demonstrating their understanding of the political, social and historical significance through a written paragraph or storyboard.
