The rubric evaluates digital storytelling projects on several criteria including point of view, voice, images, story structure, and grammar. A project that scores high meets audience needs, has purpose and focus, uses pacing and images appropriately, tells the story concisely without dragging, and has correct grammar. Lower scores are given for lack of audience awareness, unclear purpose, inappropriate or ineffective use of elements, and grammatical errors.
