Fortune 500 property and casualty insurer
Our client, a Fortune 500 property and casualty insurer, wanted to improve their
customer experience and better compete against a growing number of click-to-buy
and online insurance companies. They decided to build an integrated platform that
would enable cross selling of all products and services to customers at any time, from
anywhere. The new platform would streamline their sales and servicing processes while
providing a consistent customer experience across various sales and product channels
(i.e., in person with an agent, online or over the phone). A staffing and services partner
for more than 17 years, TEKsystems was asked to help quickly scale a team to support

Global biopharmaceutical company
The internal ad and graphic design agency at a global pharmaceutical company had
